THE TASK
The company had difficulties obtaining relevant documents from its Asian suppliers and asked our team to take care of this.
OUR SOLUTION
3R LifeScience took over the negotiations with the foreign suppliers to provide documents and evidence to the legal European manufacturer for certification. This involved intensive discussions with the supplier’s management and all stakeholders.
Processes and checklists were developed for strategic collaborations with foreign suppliers to ensure that relevant documents were provided and change requests were submitted on time. Also, additional processes were developed for general document control between our client and its suppliers.
