3R LifeScience GmbH supports medical technology companies through consulting and interim management. Your role in the team and at 3R LifeScience GmbH

  • You independently plan the implementation of customer projects, assemble the project team on site and then implement the project.
  • In the project, you maintain an overview of deadlines, costs and quality, keep in close contact with the customer and complain about additional expenses if necessary.
  • In the development project, you ensure that the requirements of all stakeholders are clearly defined from the beginning and that the technical requirements are completely and correctly derived from the system context.
  • You keep an eye on the feasibility of the requirements at all times and ensure that the necessary verification documentation is provided.
  • During the project work, you analyze existing processes at the customer’s for correctness and feasibility, but also the organization itself. If necessary, you will change the processes or set them up from scratch.
  • If necessary, you will also intervene in a corrective manner in the structure and competencies of the organization.

We will be successful together if

  • You have completed a technical degree in electrical engineering or a comparable educational background and at the same time have a fundamental understanding of the content of processes for the development of safety-critical products – ideally medical product development – as well as the associated processes and the interlocking of the processes.
  • Experience in system architecture is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • You have an understanding of what is required in the structure of an organization, including the necessary competencies, in order to be able to successfully implement the processes and indispensable changes at the customer.
  • You are an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented doer who is a competent contact and exchange partner for our customers in all matters.
  • You are exceptionally committed, creative and agile and thus want to contribute to the achievement of the customer’s project goals.
  • You are a caretaker who has stamina and enjoys organizing, critically scrutinizing and prioritizing complex projects and tasks in order to understand the interdisciplinary teams and relentlessly lead them to the goal despite crises and conflicts.
